Ten years ago today I was in high school band class fiddling with a tiny tv to trying to get better reception. Through the snowy fuzz of the screen we could see rectangular shapes. But we didn’t understand. Yet.
Today portions of the World Trade Center are scattered throughout the US. Twisted shards of metal, reminders of the horrific events of that day.
This one is in Lansing, MI.
My Flint is full of electrical towers and power lines… But power is often lost. Be it storms or the inability to pay the bills, but we still get up every morning hoping today will be better than yesterday.
Staring at computer screens gives me nosebleeds. Please fax the website to me.
A little gem on Dort Hwy. We call him “the hanging basket man.” among other potted flowers, he always has amazing hanging plants. A glimmer of green in a dilapidating world of concrete.
You will never see more run down used car dealerships in 2 miles than when you drive down Dort Hwy.
